Near Genolière

The Jura is the snowshoes mountain par excellence. The ground that shows only small height differences enables to do very nice hikes. The fact that the access to the Jura is easy also enable the fact that one can make a snowshoes tour after a working day.

After that the hiking tour has given an appetite, one can then taste a fondue in one of the numerous huts or inns.

Here we are not far from Genolière. This place is easily reachable from the Givrine and the path is not really dangerous, except for a pit filled with ice, called a Glacière.

Moreover, the Genolière hut offers a good fondue, to be tasted near the fireplace.
