The Combe de Barasson and the homonymous west Pass is a magnificent outing goal for snowshoes. Moreover, it is not a too difficult tour, since it can be done during one day. The Combe de Barasson can be reached climbing up to the Grand Saint-Bernard hospice and taking the valley that opens up to the left during the climb. The landscape of this valley is, however, a bit spoiled by a high voltage line. |
